Your water is a binding contract between chemistry and care.
We never break it.

We pull into Wicker Park driveways at 7 a.m., test 7 chemical markers, and leave a timestamped report before the neighborhood wakes up. Every visit. No exceptions.

Every layer we peel back is something most pool companies hide.

Scroll through the four phases of every Chlorine visit. Left panel: plain-language promise. Right panel: the actual evidence.

01

Arrival & Assessment

We test 7 chemical markers, not 3.

Most services test free chlorine, pH, and alkalinity. We add cyanuric acid, calcium hardness, total dissolved solids, and phosphate — the four markers that predict failure before it happens. Every test is run with a Lamotte ColorQ Pro 11 photometer, not a strip.

Compliance Report

You receive a CDPH-formatted report, not a text message.

Every visit closes with a report formatted to Chicago Department of Public Health standards — the same document a health inspector would request. Rooftop and commercial pools receive a PDF stamped with our license number. Residential clients receive the same report; most never need it, but it exists.

  • Free Chlorine within 1.0–3.0 ppm
  • pH within 7.2–7.8
  • Alkalinity within 80–120 ppm
  • Cyanuric acid ≤ 100 ppm (outdoor)
  • Calcium hardness within 200–400 ppm
  • Visible algae: None
  • Equipment operational

Who We Serve

Three very different pools. One standard of documentation.

The chemistry doesn't change based on who owns the pool. Neither does our protocol.

Swim-team practices on Tuesday. Dinner parties on Saturday. We lock in your recurring day and arrive before 8 a.m. so your pool is ready by the time anyone asks. Families in Wilmette, Winnetka, and Glencoe have had the same Chlorine technician for 3+ years.

What clients say — with names and neighborhoods attached.

I manage three rooftop pools in River North. Before Chlorine, I had a CDPH notice every summer. It's been 26 months with zero citations. The portal is what sold me — I can pull up any reading on any date from my phone before an inspector even knocks.

Property Manager, Nexus Residential Group

My Airbnb in Lincoln Park has a plunge pool. Turnover windows are tight. Chlorine coordinates with my cleaning team directly, uploads the guest-ready certificate before I even land at O'Hare. Not one guest has ever mentioned the water except to compliment it.

We have four kids in AAU swim. The pool gets used hard. Marcus has been our technician for three years — he knows our chemistry baseline, adjusts for heavy swim weeks without being asked, and the report he leaves is more detailed than anything our previous service provided.
